Bench Mould consoles are made using the process of running plaster cornices. We run intricate profiles through wet plaster to create console tops that sit upon sycamore frames. The consoles can be placed end to end to create varying lengths of furniture. We run the tops in our workshop and cast them in Jesmonite; A material much harder and denser than regular plaster with a marble-like finish.
